First the good news... Ava slept through the night last night!! I know some of you are thinking, wait, isn't she almost 14 months old? Shouldn't she have been doing that for a while now? Well, others of you know of our sleep deprivation. Our girls just aren't good sleepers, so this was a big deal for us. Jon put her to bed last night (I'm not nursing her before bed anymore) about 8:30, and she slept until 6:00. Yay! Hopefully we're on the right track. She's been sleeping better this week anyway, so maybe there's some good rest ahead for all of us!
And now the bad news...Ava started throwing up this afternoon. We were in the van on the way up to Covenant College to run an errand for Jon when she started. Luckily I had a change of clothes for her, so we pulled over and changed her. But it didn't really matter because she threw up again, and then again before we could get home. It seems like we are never more than 5 minutes from home since our house is so convenient to everything-of course this would happen when we're much farther away. Poor baby. She threw up twice more tonight but is sleeping now. Hopefully she's done. Nothing like cleaning all that up to make you feel like a real mommy! Ick. Now let's just pray the rest of the family doesn't get the virus too...
